At no cost to you, we come to your home, go through it with you, and explain our regular routine.  If you would like to differ, please just let us know, we will give you a bid based upon your customized cleaning requirements and how often you would like service. We specialize in personalized service and are willing to change our routine to meet your specific needs.

Cleanings are done by a team of two cleaners; they will bring all the supplies & equipment needed to clean your home. 

We offer scheduled cleanings, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, one time cleanings, move-out cleanings, as well as move-in cleanings.

We do guarantee the quality of our work.  If you are not happy with the cleaning, and contact us within 24 hours, we will come back to correct the problem free of charge.  At each cleaning we leave a comment card.  If in any way we can improve the quality of our work. we would love the feedback!  In addition, any comments you provide are put directly into your cleaning instructions.  Please call Mon.-Fri. 8am-4pm for more information or to schedule an appointment for a free estimate.

THROUGHOUT THE HOME: We sweep the room for cobwebs, wipe or dust light fixtures, wall hangings, top of doors, doorframes, windowsills, baseboards and mini blinds.  We spot wash around light switch plates and door handles.  Mirrors throughout the home are washed.  Sliding glass doors are washed inside and out, including the tracks.  All floors that are not carpeted are vacuumed and washed.  All carpeted areas are vacuumed, including the edges and hard to reach places.  We also vacuum the upholstered furniture including under the cushions.  Per your request we can wash ground level windows.

KITCHEN & NOOK (SMALL EATING AREA): We clean  the outside surfaces of all appliances & cabinets, the counter tops, and permanent items on the counters.  We also wash the window above the sink, the stoves' drip pans, hood and Jen-Air, inside the microwave, table & chairs, and the top of the refrigerator.  The room is dusted and floors are vacuumed and washed.

BATHROOMS: We clean the shower walls, base, and door.  The tub and toilets are cleaned inside & out.  The counter tops, permanent items on the counters, the cabinets' outside surfaces, and mirrors are cleaned.  We dust all items in the room, then vacuum and wash the floor.

UTILITY: The washing machine and dryer surfaces are cleaned, hoses and pipes are dusted.  The sinks, counters, cabinets, towel racks, etc. are cleaned.  The floor is vacuumed and washed.

BEDROOMS: We dust all lamps and shades, headboards, furniture, figurines, pictures, ceiling fans, etc.  The floor is washed or vacuumed including under the beds. We make beds and change the linen, if applicable, and for an additional small charge.

LIVING AREAS (Family Room, Living Room, Stairs & Etc.): We dust all lamps and shades, furniture, figurines, pictures.  We also dust the outside surfaces of china cabinets and enclosed stereo cabinets.  The floors are washed or vacuumed.

ONE-TIME CLEANINGS:  We will clean inside the cabinets, drawers, closets, refrigerator, etc.
