Payments Accepted
Full payment is expected at the end of your cleaning. Cash, check or credit card (Visa, Master Card & Discover) are accepted.
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice. If we receive less than a 24 hour notice, or if upon arrival we cannot enter your home, it will be necessary to assess a $35.00 fee to cover the revenue loss and/or expenses. If you suspend your cleanings for more than two subsequent visits, a “First-In” charge may be necessary. If it is necessary to skip a scheduled cleaning there may be up to a 25% charge of your cleaning fee added to your next cleaning fee.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee our services to be of good quality or we will come back and correct the problem if we are notified within 2 days after the cleaning.
